Toro Recycler Review 20068 Mower
The Toro Recycler Model 20068 is another in the line of Toro Recycler Mowers with Personal Pace. Like the 20066 the 20068 offers the powerful 6.75 TP Engine and unlike the less expensive 20066 model it offers electric start and BOS.
Personal Pace: This is the self propelled feature of the 20068 that eliminates the need to set a speed that the self propel will run at. You just apply normal walking pressure to the grip and the mower moves at a pace just faster than your walk. It literally feels like you have no mower at all in front of you.
Electric Start: The electric start on the 20068 makes starting this Toro Recycler a snap. Because the mower is not capable of self charging you need to use the provided charger to keep a charge in the battery. Toro recommends charging a bit after each use to ensure the starting is easy every time.
BOS is the Blade Override System. This lets you keep the Toro Recycler running while removing the bag to empty clippings. This can be a convenient feature for most owners.
Home Depot shows prices for the Toro Personal Pace Recycler Mower 20068 at $439-$459 placing this mower about $100 higher than the popular 20066 without electric start and BOS.
